The fiber hydraulic pressing machine will be designed to accommodate approx. 600kg of cake per cycle. The hydraulic pressing cylinder will press the cotton fibers when certain volume of cotton fibers is filled in a basket.

The hydraulic pressing cylinder has a control valve for the safety so the pressing can not be over loaded and is done at the fixed pressure. The pressure can be adjusted by the regulator so the density of cake can be adjusted.

The machine will have the emergency buttons and safety fencing for the safety of workers.
